This program is designed to take your vertical jump, squat, deadlift and bench press to the next level.
It consists of a comprehensive program that aims at significantly increasing your vertical jump. I myself increased my vertical jump by 9cm using this exact program!

- advanced strength and power training program
- 1 week of testing
The program is recommended for athletes with a minimum of 1 year strength training experience.
